Healthy benifits of  Gooseberry juice


Gooseberry the richest natural source of vitamin C. It contains many minerals and vitamins like calcium, phosphorus, Iron, carotene and vitamin B complex. It is also a powerful antioxidant agent.

Taking amala juice with honey is good for improving eye sight. Reduces blood sugar in diabetic patients.


































Ingredients
Gooseberry    – 10 nos
Sugar              –  1 tbsp
Salt             – 1/2 tsp
Water         – 1/4 cup
Ice cubes    – as needed


Method


Wash gooseberry and chop them in to small pieces. Blend all the ingredients with gooseberry. Strain the juice. serve chilled..

    There are some more very rich natural sources of vitamin c like camu camu, rosehips etc. that are very much comparable to Amla, Indian gooseberry. However, Amla is largely unknown to the western world, Such posts will make everybody aware of this wonderful source of vitamin c.
