Raw Papaya, Raw Mango and Coconut salad

Ingredients


Raw papaya, grated – 1 cup
Raw mango, grated – 1/2 cup
Grated coconut   – 1 cup
Green chilli chopped – 1 no
Salt as needed
Curry leaves – 1 sprig


Method


Peel and grate raw papaya and raw mango. Grate the coconut.


Mix papaya, mango, coconut, green chillies, curry leaves and salt.
