Ingredients

Maida      – 3 cups

Egg          –   1 no

Butter       – 4 tbsp

Refined oil    – 3 tbsp

Milk            – 1  cup

Sugar          –   3 tbsp

Warm water    – 1/4 cup

salt as needed

White sesame seeds  – few

Egg for egg wash

Method

In a bowl, add yeast ,1/2 tbsp sugar 1/4 cup of warm water . Wait for 10-15 minutes to bubble up. Warm the milk, add butter and refined oil to it.. In a bowl, take flour,salt and sugar. Then add egg,yeast and warm milk to it. Knead to a soft dough. Allow it to rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.Take the dough and divide it in to 12 balls. Roll each ball to long elongated tubes.Roll this on the sausages and keep it on the greased or baking lined with butter paper. Keep it  well covered  for 30 minutes till it is again doubled in size  Brush the egg wash on it and sprinkle sesame seed . Preheat the oven and bake it at 160 degree c to about 55- 60 minutes or till  it is done.Cool on a wire rack and keep in airtight bowl lined with kitchen towel or tissue. This will help the bread to be soft.

Note-  
The consistency of the dough should be soft and sticky.Always use fresh yeast. This help the bread to be soft.
