Vegetable manchurian

Ingredients

Cabbage grated  – 1/4 cup

Carrot grated    – 1/4 cup

Beetroot grated   – 1/4 cup

Tomato sauce  –  1 tbsp

Green chilli sauce  – 1 tbsp

Soya sauce        – 1 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste  -1 tsp

Cornflour   -2  tbsp

Salt as needed

Oil for frying

Onion chopped  – 1 no

Ginger garlic paste  – 1 tsp

Green chillies chopped – 2 – 3 nos

Tomato sauce   – 2 tbsp

Green chilli sauce  – 2 tbsp

Soya sauce   – 2 tbsp

 Pepper powder – 2 tsp

Water    – 2  cups

Cornflour  – 1 tbsp

Coriander leaves chopped

Method

Mix cabbage, carrot, beetroot, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce, ginger garlic paste, cornflour, and salt. Roll this into small balls . Deep fry this in oil. Set this aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion, ginger garlic paste, and green chillies for 4 to 5 minutes. Now add tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce, pepper powder, 2 cups of water and salt. Boil them.

Mix cornflour with water. Pour this over curry. When curry starts to thicken, add coriander leaves.
