Ingredients
Pineapple – 1/2 of one pineapple
Green Chillies – 4nos
Chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Curd – 1/2 liter
Salt – as needed
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Dried red chilies – 3
Fenugreek seeds – 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
FOR GRINDING
Grated coconut – 2 cups
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Garlic – 2 cloves
Instruction
Cook pineapple pieces along with 1 cup of water, green chilli, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Grind (Above Grinding ingredients) in a smooth paste. When the pinepple cook well, add ground mixture(for grinding) and cook well. Add beaten curd and mix well. Transfer from stove before the bubble starts coming.
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, when it pops add fenugreek seeds, dried red chillies and curry leaves. Now pour this over the curry, which we have prepared earlier.
You can add sugar if the pineapple is not ripe.
