Soya Chilli Recipe

Soya Chilli is an Indo-Chinese dish. For soya chilli recipe, soya chunks are marinated before it is fried, which makes it very flavorful. A thick gravy is made using cornflour slurry, sauce, Kashmiri chilli powder, etc. Kashmiri chilli powder lends a nice color apart from the use of tomato sauce and soya sauce. This delicious soya chunks recipe goes well with chapati, jeera rice, vegetable pulao, etc.

I have previously done chilli soya chunks with eggs.
