Cornflakes cookies

Ingredients 


Butter  – 50 gms

Sugar   – 75 gms

Egg     – 1 no

Baking powder – 1/4 tsp

Vanilla essence  -1/4 tsp

Corn flakes  – as needed

 

Method




Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream the butter and powdered sugar together. Mix eggs to this. Pass flour and baking powder through a sieve and add this to the creamed butter, sugar, and egg mixture. Add vanilla essence. Now make balls of dough, flatten it and coat with cornflakes. Decorate them with a coloured candy. Bake them for 20 minutes.
