Apple, banana, and strawberry crush smoothie

A refreshing smoothie with the goodness of apple, bananas, mint leaves and yogurt.


Ingredients


Apple, peeled and chopped – 1
Ripe small bananas, chopped- 4
Yogurt/curd – 1 cup
Strawberry crush – 1/4 cup
Mint leaves chopped – 2 tsp


Method


Blend the ingredients in a blender. Serve chilled.
