Healthy Avocado banana oats breakfast smoothie



Ingredients
Avocado – 1 No
 Small banana – 3 Nos
Milk   –  1/2 cup ( optional)
Oats   – 1 cup
Water  – 4 cups



                                                                          Method


Coarsely grind oats in a blender. To this add chopped avocado, chopped banana, milk and sugar. Blend well for a thick smoothie.



Mix water to get the desired consistency you are looking for in a smoothie.
