We have oats for breakfast atleast once a weak. Mostly its a porridge, soup, upma, etc. For a change I made oats pancake with apple topping its very easy and tasty.
Ingredients
1) Oats – 1 1/2 cup (dry roast and powder)
Milk – 2 cups

2) Maida – 1/2 cup
Baking powder- 2 tsp
Salt as needed
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Milk – 1 cup
Egg – 2 nos whisked
3) Oil – 2 tbsp
Apple – 2 nos (Peeled and use apple corer to remove the pips)

Method
In a bowl, combine oats and milk. In another bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar ,milk and egg. Blend well. Then add this ingredients to oats milk mix. Gently stir to remove any lumps.
Oil a tawa, pour pancake batter to make pancakes. Pancake should be a little bit thick. Place an apple in the centre of the pancake and press it so that it stays in the pancake. Cook on other side. When it is done, immediately take out the pancakes and serve.
