Ingredients
Spinach – 1 cup
Banana – 1
Avocado – 1/2
Coconut water – Water of one coconut (If using tender coconut, scrape out some pulp and add while juicing)
Honey or Date syrup – Optional
Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
If necessary, sweeten with honey or date syrup.
