Ingredients
Bread – 8 slices
Egg- 3 nos
Milk – 4 tbsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder – a pinch
Carrots and beans, chopped finely – 4 tbsp
Salt as needed
Butter – as needed
Method
Crack open the eggs. Add milk, garam masala, pepper powder, beans, carrots and salt. Give it a thorough whisk. Keep this aside.
Now slice the breads. Cut them in half. Dip the halved bread slices into the mixture set aside above. Let the bread soak up the mixture along with carrots and beans.
On a hot tawa, brush some butter. Keep soaked bread slices and cook till they turn golden brown.
Serve this toast with slices of fruits and hot/cold drinks.
