Ingredients
Potato, medium sized – 4
Green chilli – 2-3
Ginger, crushed – 1 piece
Onion, chopped – 1 medium
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Tomato, chopped – 1 large
Fenugreek leaves, chopped
Oil
Salt
Instruction
Boil potato. Dice them.
Heat oil in a pan. Crackle cumin seeds. Saute onion till soft and transparent. Add chillies, ginger, tomato, and turmeric powder.
Fry until tomato is mushy. Add fenugreek leaves and potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes until it blends well. Add salt. Switch off the stove.
Serve hot with chapati/roti.
