Ingredients
Rava – 1 cup
Maida – 1 cup
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Rice flour – 4 cups
Besan – 1 tbsp
Curd – 1/2 cup
Green chill – 3 nos
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Cumin seeds – 2 tsp
Salt as needed
Water – 5 – 51/2 cups

Method
Sift maida, rava, wheat flour, rice flour and besan. Now add curd, green chili paste, ginger paste, cumin seeds and salt. Mix well with water to make a dosa batter. Keep this for four to five hours. Heat a non stick tawa.Pour dosa batter. Sprinkle oil on the sides of dosa. When the sides turn brown dosa is ready.Serve hot with chutny or sambar.
