Apple flax seed shake

Flaxseeds also known as linseeds are high in iron, fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, etc. It is considered as a superfood.

Apples – 2
Milk – 2 cups
Flaxseed – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 2 tbsp

Dry roast flaxseed. Grind flaxseeds. Keep them aside. Add milk, apples, ground flaxseeds and sugar in a blender. Blend them well. Pour them into glasses. Sprinkle some flaxseeds on top and serve.

  1. I have always heard good things about Flax, except for tasting the seeds, I have never used them anyways. Looks like a healthy combination!!
