INGREDIENTS
Bitter gourd – 1
Beetroot – 1
Shallots – 4
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Salt
INSTRUCTION
Cut bitter gourd and beetroot into ½ inch thin pieces.
Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add shallots, bitter gourd, beetroot, and saute for sometime.
Add chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt. Cook on low heat. Cook till it is stir fried.
