Bittergourd kichadi

Ingredients

Bittergourd – 1 no
Green chillies -5 nos
Salt as needed
Curd  -1/4 ltr
Coconut oil as needed
Curry leaves
Red chillies- 1 no
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp

Directions

Cut bitter gourd in thin round pieces. Fry bitter gourd pieces and crush them. Chop green chillies. Take curd in a bowl, add crushed bitter gourd and green chillies.

Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, add dry red chillies, and curry leaves. Pour this to the above curry.
Pavakka kichadi is an easy preparation for Onam.
