Brinjal crispy fry/ Vazhuthananga fry


1) Brinjal   -2 nos

2)  Rice flour – 2 tsp
     Chilli powder – 1 /2 tsp
      Turmeric  powder- 1 /4 tsp
      Pepper powder   –  1 /2 tsp
      Garam masala    –   1 /2 tsp
      Salt  to taste

Oil for frying


Cut brinjal in thin circles. Make a thick paste with 2nd ingredients adding  little water. Add  the paste to the brinjal slices and mix well .

Heat oil in a pan and fry the brinjal slices.  Serve hot with rice.
