Ingredients
Cabbage, shredded – 2 cups
Carrot, shredded – ¼ cup
Grated coconut – ½ cup
Onion, chopped – 1
Green chillies, chopped – 6
Salt – as needed
FOR TEMPERING
Coconut oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Curry leaves
Dried red chillies – 2
Instruction
Mix together carrot, cabbage, onion, green chillies, and salt. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. Once they crackle, add cumin seeds, red chillies, and curry leaves.
Now add veggie mixture, which is set aside. Mix well. Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
