Cabbage egg stir fry

 This cabbage egg stir fry  is very simple, healthy side dish for chapati, roti and rice in 10 minutes.

Ingredients


Cabbage chopped  – 3  cups


Egg – 2 nos


Onion chopped – 1 medium


Garlic – 3 


Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp

Kashmir Chilli powder – 1 tsp


Salt – as needed


Curry leaves – 1 sprig


Oil – as needed


Method

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, when it splutters, add chopped onion and saute,When the onion turns in light brown add  chilli powder, and turmeric powder. Saute well. Now add cabbage, salt, mix well and cover with a lid  and cook in a low flame. Stir occasionally. . When the cabbage half cooked add  beaten egg to this and stir well in a low flame for 3 minutes. 


 Cabbage egg fry is ready to be served.
