Ingredients
Grated carrot – 2 tbsp
Grated coconut – 2 tbsp
Dry red chillies – 3
Shallots – 4
Cashew nuts – 2
Ginger – 1 small piece
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Salt as needed
Tamarind as required
Coconut oil -1 tsp
Method
Saute shallots, dry red chillies, cashew nuts. Coarsely grind them without water. This is a good accompaniment with rice and chapatti.
Like the name of this dish and looks colorful and nice.. One suggestion is the curry leaves in the 1st pic looks too big!!!!
