Cauliflower – 1 /2 kg
Onion chopped – 1cup
Tomato chopped -1 /2 cup
Greenchillies – 3 nos
Ginger – a small piece
Curry leaves – few
Coriander leaves
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Turmeric powder – a pinch
Salt as needed
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Egg – 2 nos
Soak cauliflower in hot water for 20 minutes. Cut into medium pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds. Saute chopped green chillies, ginger, and curry leaves. Add chopped onion and tomatoes and saute well. When onion changes its colour to red, add garam masala powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Now add cauliflower pieces and mix well.
Whisk two eggs and pour it into the above cauliflower pieces. Mix well and fry them till they are done. Decorate this with coriander leaves and serve.
wow…my fav combination but i used to prepare in a different way…your recipe sounds very yummy and flavorful.Mouthwatering!
