Cauliflower peanut masala

Ingredients 1
Cauliflower florets – 1 cup

Ingredients 2
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as needed
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp

Ingredients 3
Raw peanuts – 1/4 cup
Salt as required
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp

Ingredient 4
Oil as required

Ingredients 5
Ginger mashed – 1 tsp
Garlic mashed – 1 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp

Ingredients 6
Onion thinly sliced – 1/4 cup

Ingredient 7
Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
Soya sauce – 1 tsp

Ingredient 8
Salt as required

Ingredient 9
Coriander leaves to decorate


Boil water with salt and cauliflower, then close the lid, and drain the water. Add second ingredients to the cooked cauliflower and marinate for 15 minutes. Fry the cauliflower florets in oil. Keep aside. Cook ingredients 3 with little water. Heat oil in a pan, saute ingredients 5 and ingredient 6. When the onion turns brown in colour, lower the heat, add ingredients 7 and mix well. Now add fried cauliflower and cooked peanuts to this. Add salt as required and coriander leaves to decorate. Close the lid and let everything blend well. Serve hot.
