Chocolate ganache cake/Happy 2016

Happy new year to all my readers, blogger friends and family.   
Ingredients
Flour – 2 cups
Sugar – 2 cups

Cocoa powder – 1 cup
Cornflour – 4 tbsp
Salt –  a pinch
Baking soda – 1 1/2 tsp
Baking powder – 3/4 tsp
Vegetable oil – 1 cup
Sour cream – 1 cup
Eggs – 4 nos
Warm water – 100 ml
Chocolate chips – 200 gm

Method
Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, cornflour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. To this, add oil and sour cream. Add whisked eggs and water. Blend well. Now add chocolate chips and pour this to a 9-inch cake tin. Bake for 50-55 minutes.  Let it sit for 30 minutes before serving.

Melt 1 part of chocolate with 2 parts of cream and pour over the cake. Decorate and serve.
