Beat the summer heat with this delicious chilled coffee.
Ingredients
Instant coffee powder – 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp+1 tsp
Cold Milk – 2 cups
Sugar as needed
Ice cubes
Vanilla essence
Icecream – optional
Method
In a bowl, add coffee powder, 1 tbsp cocoa powder and sugar. Pour 1/4 cup of warm water and mix well. Strain the mixture with a strainer. Add chilled milk. Using a blender, blend well. Add ice cubes to it. Transfer to a tall glass. Add one scoop of ice cream. Sprinkle little cocoa powder on the top and serve.
Ahh, I can sort of feel its sensation down my throat now.
