Drumstick leaves dosa/ Muringa ela dosa

Drum stick leaves are high in nutrition and medicinal properties.

Fresh drum stick leaves are rich in vitamin A, 4 times rich when compared to carrot.


Dosa batter    – 2 cup

Drumstick/Muringa leaves – 1/2 cup

Green chillies chopped  – 2 nos

Onion chopped     – 1/4 cup

Salt an needed


Mix dosa batter with drumstick leaves, chopped onion, green
chillies, and salt. If the batter is too thick, add water and dilute it. Now make dosa in a tawa. Serve hot with chutney.
