Egg bhaji /Egg pakoda

Boiled eggs – 3 nos
Onion finely chopped- 1 small
Green chilli finely chopped – 2 no
Chopped ginger – 1 piece
Gram flour ( besan ) – 4 tbsp
Rice powder – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for fry


Make a batter of  rice powder,  gram flour, onion, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves and salt along with water ( carefully add water, otherwise the batter becomes runny or it won’t be able to coat the egg properly with gramflour) .Cut eggs into half . Now dip the eggs in the batter and fry them till the batter turns crispy.

Tip- When boiling eggs, if you see cracks forming, immediately add vinegar, so that the egg does not pop out through the shell.
