Eggless cashew brownies


Chopped dark chocolate – 100 gm

Milk – 1/2 cup
Melted butter   – 1/3 cup
Castor sugar  – 1 cup
Refined flour  – 1 1/3 cups
Baking powder – 2 tsp
Roasted and chopped cashewnuts – 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line the brownie tin. 

Pour warm milk over broken chocolate pieces. Pour melted butter. Once chocolate is melted, add sugar and cashewnuts. Mix well. Now add vanilla essence, refined flour and baking powder. Mix again. Pour onto the tin.

Cook for 30 minutes.
