Idli with raw rice and matta rice

Ingredients 




Raw rice –1 cup

Matta rice –1 /2 cup


black gram dal–3 /4 cup(uzunnu parippu)


cooked rice –1 /4 cup


Salt to taste




Method


Soak raw rice and matta rice with black gram dal in water for 3 or 4 hours.


Wash and make a batter of all ingredients using enough water to make it thick.keep in a container for 8 to 10 hours to ferment ,make idli using idli vessel.
