Idli with Raw rice and Matta rice

Ingredients

Raw rice – 1 cup

Matta rice – ½ cup

Urad dal – ¾ cup

Cooked rice – ¼ cup

Salt to taste

Instruction

Soak raw rice and matta rice with urad dal in water for 3 to 4 hours.

Grind all the ingredients to make a thick batter. Add water as needed.

Keep in a container for 8-10 hrs to ferment.

Pour batter into idli maker. Cook till idlis are done.
