

Ingredients 1:
Beef – 300 gm
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Meat masala – 1 tsp
Ingredients 2:
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Refined oil – 1 tbsp
Ingredients 3:
Green chillies – 3 nos
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Garlic – 8 cloves
Ingredients 4:
Shallots – 6 nos
Salt as needed
Ingredients 5:
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Ingredients 6:
Curry leaves – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves – 1 tsp
Ingredients 7:
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Maida – 1 cup
Salt as needed
Ingredient 8:
Oil for frying
Directions:
Cook first ingredients. After that mince it well.
Heat refined oil and ghee together, add ingredients 3 and ingredients 4 and saute well. When the shallots turn pink, add the cooked meat and garam masala powder and fry them well. Add ingredients 6 at this stage.
Mix ingredients 7 to make pooris. Make balls to make pooris. Roll the poori balls and stuff them with the minced beef mixture from above and roll it again. Deep fry the pooris. Irachi pathiri ready.
