

1st ingredients
Kadachakka – 1/2 of one kadachakka, peeled, and cubed
Onion – 1 small
Green chillies – 2
Coconut cuts – 1/4 cup
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Salt
2nd ingredients
Oil
Curry leaves
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Red chillies – 2 nos
Shallots – 5
Cook 1st ingredients together with little water.
Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, followed by curry leaves, red chillies. Saute shallots and when it starts turning brown, pour the above curry to this. Keep in medium flame for 2-3 minutes. Mix them well. Serve with rice or chapathis.
