Kappa biriyani
  • Tapioca – ¾ kg
  • Beef – ½ kg
  • Onion – 2
  • Green chillies – 2
  • Curry leaves – few
  • Coriander leaves – few
  • Garlic – 10
  • Ginger – 1-inch
  • Peppercorns – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  • Garam powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder – 1 tsp or more
  • Coconut oil – 3 tsp
  • Small onion, chopped – 5
  • Salt – as required

Method
1. Cut tapioca into small pieces. Cook in boiled water and
drain once cooked. Grind ginger and garlic to a paste form.
2. Cook beef with chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste,
pepper, and salt until the gravy is dried.
3. Heat oil. Add shallots, curry leaves, green chillies, and
mix it with beef curry. Add cooked tapioca and coriander leaves. Mix it well.
Remove from the fire and keep it covered for a while.
