Pottukadala – 1 1/2 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Cashewnut – 2 tsp
Elaichi/cardamom – 6 nos (Grind)
Ghee – 1/2 cup
Directions
Grind pottukadala/roasted gram in a mixer. Grind sugar separately.
In a bowl, add ground pottukadala and sugar. To this, add fried cashewnuts (fry cashewnuts in ghee). Mix cardamom powder to this.
Heat a pan, add ghee. Now add hot ghee to the above mixture. Make small balls out of it while still hot (not too hot). Pottukadala ladoo is ready to be served.
