Mango Chammanthi l Manga Chammanthi


Grated coconut – 1 cup

Raw mango – 1/2 of a mango

Shallots – 2-3

Ginger – 1 small piece

Green chillies – 2-3

Salt – as needed

Curry leaves


Grind all the ingredients by adding few drops of water to a coarse paste.

Manga Chammanthi goes well with Kanji or steamed rice.
