Mango chammanthi / Manga chammanthi


Grated coconut -1 cup

Raw mango  –  1/2 of a mango
Shallots – 2-3 no
Ginger -1 small piece
Green chilies – 2-3 nos.
Salt as needed
Curry leaves


Grind all the ingredients by adding few drops of water to a coarse paste. Chammanthi is a good accompaniment for kanji and rice.
