Mango Curry for onam


  • Mango – 250 gm
  • Kashmiri chilli powder – 2 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Asafoetida – 5 gm
  • Water 
  • Fenugreek powder – 5gm

Cut mangoes into small pieces.  Add chilli powder, salt, asafoetida, and water as required to the mango pieces and mix well. Seasoning is done with mustard seeds and fenugreek powder. Mango curry is ready.
