Egg – 2 nos
Milk – 2 tbsp
All purpose flour – 1 tbsp
Onion chopped – 1/2 cup
Green chilli chopped – 1 tsp
Ginger chopped – 1 tsp
Salt as needed
Slice the bread pieces into two.
Beat the eggs with salt. Now add milk, all purpose flour, onion, green chilli, ginger and garam masala.
Soak bread slices in the above mixture.
Heat a tawa, smear some oil, keep the bread slices and toast them.
