Ingredients
Whole chicken with skin – 1 no
Dry mint or green mint ground – 3 tsp
Cinnamon powder – 1 tsp
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Vinegar – 1 1/2 tbsp
Salt as needed
Olive oil – 1 1/2 tbsp

Wash and clean chicken , Wipe chicken using a kitchen towel. Mix dry mint , cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, pepper powder , vinegar and salt. Add olive oil to this mixture. Mix well . Marinate the chicken overnite with this mixture. Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Cook for 1 1/2 hours . When the chicken is done serve with mint sauce and garlic dip.

2)Vinegar – 4 tbsp
3)Garlic pods – 2 nos
4) Sugar – 1 tbsp
5)Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Salt as needed
Method
Blend mint leaves, Garlic, vinegar,sugar. Add olive oil and salt mix well. To make mint sauce
