1)Chana dal – 1 cup
Urad dal – 1 /4 cup
Moong dal – 4 tbs
2) Green chilli chopped finely – 2 nos
Ginger chopped finely – 1 inch piece
Curry leaves –
Salt to taste
Baking soda – a pinch
3) Oil – for fry
Soak dals, and grind them to a coarse paste . Now add 2nd ingredients to it and mix well. Make small balls out of it and press to make the shape of parippu vada. Fry this in hot oil till crispy. These vadas are soft from inside and crispy from outside .Serve hot with tea.
