Muringa ela errisery / Drumstick leaves and dal in coconut gravy

Muringa ela – 3 cups
Toor dal – 1/4 cup
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Garlic – 6 cloves
Cumin seeds – 1 pinch
Chili powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Coconut oil
Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
Dried red chilies – 3
Curry leaves
Grated coconut -1/4 cup
Method
Grind coconut, garlic, cumin
seeds, chilli powder and turmeric powder well.
Pressure cook toor dal and ½ cup
of water. When it is cooked well, add muringa leaves. Cook for few minutes. Add
ground ingredients to this.

For tempering, pour oil. Add
mustard seeds, red chillies, curry leaves, grated coconut to oil. Saute nicely.
When it turns brown, add first prepared muringa mixture. Serve hot with rice.
