Mutta Paalu Curry / Eggs in coconut milk gravy

Boiled egg – 3
Onion, chopped – 1
Tomato – 1
Ginger garlic paste – 1 ½ tsp
Green chilli – 2
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
Salt – as needed
Curry leaves
Oil

Coconut milk – 1 cup


Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste and curry
leaves. Saute it. Add chopped onions and saute till transparent. Now add
chopped tomatoes. Saute till oil separates. Add powders, salt and saute for a
minute. Add coconut milk and allow it to boil on medium flame. Finally add
boiled eggs. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
