Pink bean dip

Recipe – Washington Post

Cooked white beans – 1 1/2 cups

Garlic – 1-2 cloves

Cooked beetroot – 1/4 of a big beetroot

Olive oil – 1/3 cup

Lemon juice – as per taste


Pepper powder – as required


Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Serve it with veggie sticks, flatbreads,  pita chips or tortilla chips.
