Potato tomato curry l Urulakizhangu tomato curry

A fantastic vegetarian curry with potato and tomato.

INGREDIENTS

Potato, peeled and cut into pieces – 250 gm

Tomato, chopped – 1

Onion, chopped – 1

Red chilli powder – 2 tsp

Fennel powder   – ¼ tsp

Turmeric powder- ½ tsp

Salt to taste

Coconut oil – 2 tsp

Garlic, crushed – ½ tbsp

Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp

INSTRUCTION

Pressure cook potato, tomato, onion, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, fennel powder and salt together for 2 whistles. Keep this aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic and curry leaves. Pour this over curry.
