Ingredients

Pumpkin – ½ cup

Carrot – ½ cup

Shallot – 8

Sugar – 1 tsp

Salt – as needed

Vinegar – ¼ cup

Method

Mix sugar, salt, and vinegar.

Add shallots, which has been kept in water for one day.

Add pumpkin and carrot.
