Pudina sambaram, Mint Sambaram

A perfect summer treat, help to cool and refresh  your body. with mint leaves, curd and light spices.


Curd – 2 cups
Pudina/ Mint leaves chopped- 1/2 cup
Ginger, chopped – 1/2 tsp
Pearl onion/ Small onion – 2 nos
Green chilli – 1 no
Cumin powder – a pinch
Chaat masala- a pinch
Salt as needed
Sugar – a pinch
Water as needed


In a blender, grind ginger, pearl onion, green chilli, cumin powder, chaat masala, mint leaves salt and sugar. Add ground paste to whisked curd. Add required amounts of water, Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
