
Ingredients
Roasted Rava – 2 cups
Chickpea flour/Besan/ Kadalamavu – 1 cup
Ghee – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 3/4 cup
Water – 3/4 cup
Milk – 1/2 cup
Grated coconut – 4 tbsp
Cardamom powder- 1 tsp
Raisins – 2 tbsp

Method
Heat ghee in a kadhai, fry raisins. Keep this aside.
Firstly, prepare sugar syrup – In a medium heat, boil sugar and water until it reaches a one thread consistency. Set aside the sugar syrup.
Heat ghee in a kadhai, add besan. When besan is hot to touch, add roasted rava. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Switch off the stove. Set aside.
When it is roasted well, add grated coconut, cardamom powder, and sugar syrup. Mix them well. Add milk and raisins. Mix them again. When the mixture is still warm, using palm, roll them into balls.
