Sausage pakora is an alternative to vegetable pakoras we usually make.
Non vegetarians will love this. Serve this as an appetizer for next party. Your guests will love this.
- Sausage cut into rounds – 200 gm
- Onion – 1 big or 2 medium
Chillies – 5
Ginger chopped – 1 inch piece
Chilli powder – 2 tsp
Fennel powder – 1 tsp
Besan – 1 cup
Rice flour – ½ cup
Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
In a bowl, add onion, chillies, ginger, chilli powder, fennel powder, besan, rice flour, curry leaves, and salt.
Pour water to prepare a thick batter.
Now add sausage to the batter.
Heat oil in a pan, add 1 tbsp of batter at a time (at least one sausage should be there inside the spoon) to the pan.
Deep fry until crisp.
