Sausage pakora

Sausage pakora is an alternative to the pakoras we usually make. Non-vegetarians will love this. Serve this as an appetizer for next party. Your guests will love this.

1. Sausage cut into rounds – 200 gm
2. Onion – 1 big or 2 medium
    Chillies – 5
    Ginger chopped – 1 inch piece
    Chilli powder – 2 tsp
    Fennel pdr – 1 tsp
    Besan – 1 cup
    Rice flour – 1/2 cup
    Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
3. Oil

Mix all of the 2nd ingredients from above. Now add sausage to this and prepare a thick batter. Heat oil in a pan, add 1 tbsp of batter at a time (at least one sausage should be there inside the spoon). Deep fry until crisp.
