Semolina Sweet / Rava Sweet



























Ingredients

Bombay rava – 8 tablespoon


Milk – ½ liter


Sugar – 6 tablespoon


Cardmom powder – as needed



Ghee – 2 tablespoon


Cashews for decoration


Method

Boil milk along with rava and sugar. Stir continuously. Pour in some ghee every now and then until the mixture becomes thick. Remove from heat and add cardmom powder. Add fried cashew nuts to the above mixture.


Allow it to cool down to room temperature and then refrigerate. Rava kesari is ready to be served.
