Semolina / Rava – 8 tbsp
Milk – ½ liter
Sugar – 6 tbsp
Cardamom powder – as needed
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Cashews for decoration
Boil milk along with rava and sugar. Stir continuously.
Pour in some ghee every now and then until the mixture becomes thick. Remove from heat.
Add cardamom powder and fried cashews.
Allow it to cool down to room temperature and then refrigerate.
Rava sweet is ready to be served.
