Thariyunda / Semolina balls


Ghee – 2 tbsp
Cashewnuts – 1 tbsp
raisins – 1 tbsp
Rava roasted – 1 cup
coconut grated – 1 1/2 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Milk – 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder – 1 pinch

Heat ghee in a pan and fry cashewnuts and raisins. Keep aside.

In the same pan, saute rava.

Cook grated coconut, sugar, and milk and allow it to thicken. When the sugar starts to dissolve. Switch off the stove and keep this aside. Now add the rava and cardamom powder to this and form balls out of this mixture.
