Tomato curry with dumplings

1) Tomatos ( medium) – 4-5
2)  Oil  – 2 tabs
3)  Mustard seeds- 1 /2 tsp
     Asafoetida – a pinch
     Curry leaves – few
 4) water  – 3cup
 5) Coriander powder- 1tsp
      Chilli powder – 1tsp
      Turmeric powder- 1 /4 tsp
      Sugar – 1 1/2 tsp
      Salt as needed
  6)  Besan flour – 1cup
    Chopped coriander leaves  – 1 /2 cup
     Chopped green chillies – 2 nos
     Salt  as needed
     Asafoetida – 1 /4 tsp
     Oil   – 5-6 tsp
     Turmeric powder – a pinch

 Chop tomato into pieces. Heat oil in a pan, sauté mustard seeds,asafoetida and  curry leaves . Now add tomatos and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add 3 cup water. When tomato is
almost cooked add  coriander powder,  chilli powder,  turmeric powder, sugar and salt  and boil. Now add 6th
ingredient with water until it thickens. Drop the mixture with a spoon to the
boiled tomato curry. Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes. This curry is best
served with chapathis.
