Tomato Uthappam


Dosa batter to make 2-3 dosas

Onion, chopped – 1 small onion

Tomato, chopped – 1/2 cup

Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp

Salt – as needed

Sesame oil – as needed


Into a dosa pan, pour one laddle of dosa batter.

Spread dosa batter in rounds. Add onion, tomato, coriander leaves, and salt. Sprinkle sesame oil on the sides.

Once cooked, serve tomato uthappam with chutney.
